My style is very fluid, and forever evolving, linking breath to movement, flowing with the elements and helping you create some space inside your mind and body.
The magic of yoga has helped carry me through the darkest, toughest times. To say it’s completely changed my life would be an understatement, from the biggest to the smallest of moments, it has guided me to where I am today; forever grateful, forever learning and forever humbled.
Join me on the mat not to just move, but to also find some stillness in the crazy, to release, have some fun and transform.

I first found yoga in my early 20’s when I was going through a very difficult time, dealing with lots of sadness and grief. I found it to be a practice that enabled me to give some time back to myself and help heal my soul.
I’ve trained mainly in vinyasa flow, having completed my first 200 hours with fringe.yoga, doing my first week intensive in Morocco. I have since undergone more training and workshops and am currently completing my first Yin and Meditation module with Yoga Medicine.
